Owner's Care Rap

Twice per year, in November and May, WestJet shares a portion of our profit with our employees. We make a fun video to play at our profit share party and this is just one of a long list of videos WestJet made over the past few years.

One of the biggest rules when communicating is that you need to show and not tell. The difference is that I can tell you "WestJet is a great company and a great brand" and you might be inclined to believe me. Or I can show you that WestJet is a great company. Check out this video that was made for WestJet's profit-sharing party.
