Every year, up!’s sister publication, Wine Access, holds its International Value Wine Awards (IVWAs). Among the most-anticipated selection of wines at these awards is the Killer Values list. Each of these bottles scored at least 87 points out of 100 at this year’s IVWAs and sells for $15 or less. Time to shop? Indeed.
