THIS ONE-HOUR zipline adventure through the Jack-in-the-box Gully takes you through a 1,000-foot course along eight platforms, securely perched as high as 100 feet above the gully floor amongst boulder-like trees teeming with tropical vegetation.

Try locating the hilariously named Bearded Fig, Horsenicker, Sandbox and Pop-a-gun trees. If you’re lucky, the Golden Shower vines will be in bloom, decorating the forest with yellow drops of... flowers (what were you thinking?).

The knowledgeable guides will help you discover the local vegetation as you wait for your fellow zipliners and encourage you to embrace the heights as you dive along runs ranging from 50 to 300 feet in length. If you’re brave enough, you might even learn some aerial acrobatics! Exhilarating, safe and surprisingly educational.

Total cost US$90 including transfers to and from local hotels, safety gear and drinks on tour. Regular hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. year-round; last tour starts at 2:30 p.m. Reservations are recommended; kids under the age of 12 are not allowed to ride the zipline.
