Gallagher's Steak House
A review of Gallagher's Steak House, a restaurant in Newark Airport known for its quality beef and huge portions
An outpost of the legendary local steakhouse, Gallagher’s is known for its top-quality beef, dry-aged 21 days and grilled over hickory charcoal for unmatched flavour. The menu is small, but portions are huge: the signature 18-ounce sirloin steak (US$45) could easily sate the appetites of two hungry diners. Worth the splurge and the wait—expect about an hour total dining time. Lunch from US$13, steaks from US$24.
