The Links at Crowbush Cove

About 30 minutes from Charlottetown are the Links at Crowbush Cove, a Tom McBroom golf course that overlooks the north shore dunes of Prince Edward Island

The Links at Crowbush Cove is just one jewel in P.E.I.’s golf crown. This wind-kissed Tom McBroom design has endured as one of Canada’s best golf values since it opened in 1994.

Green Fees

From opening to mid-July, the $85 fee includes range balls, pull cart and yardage guide—all big bucks elsewhere. Juniors play free after 3 p.m. with a paying adult. Power carts are $18 per person, and all club rentals are $40.

Where to Stay

Island resort giant Rodd Hotels & Resorts is the place to go for accommodations in P.E.I.; one night’s stay in a two-bedroom cottage, a twilight tee time and a shared power cart starts at $238 per person. (800-565-7633)

Deals

For adult beginners, check out the “Ready, Set, Golf” introductory lesson pack at the Canadian Golf Academy at nearby Fox Meadow Golf and Country Club. For $145 per person, get five lessons on everything from etiquette and attire to the full swing. (888-698-4653)

Lessons

For $195, junior beginners (ages 8 – 16) can spend a week at the academy for 15 hours of high-calibre instruction, June 28 through Aug. 23. They’ll even provide the clubs.

Off Course

Fans of the novel will enjoy Anne of Green Gables: The Musical, Canada’s longest-running musical, at the Confederation Centre of the Arts in Charlottetown, July 20 – Aug. 28.
