This killer zipline stands 87 metres at its highest above the Steady Brook Gorge, just 11 kilometres from Corner Brook. There are six lines in total with plans for two more next year to bring “zippers” right back to the base building.
Adventure seekers meet at the Marble Zipline Tours building, gear up, and if they’re lucky – get a lift to the first zip line in what looks like a golf cart on steroids. The staff is fun, and thorough, and the zipline is thrilling and fast.
The longest line is close to 305 metres and you can spin around to catch a 360-degree view of Marble Mountain and the Steady Brook Falls below. Practice your camera skills by shooting pictures as you yourself are shooting along the line high above the gorge.
Open year round, seven days a week. Adults $79, children—under 17—$69.
