Review of the Matrix Hotel, a chic hotel in downtown Edmonton, Alberta

Boutique chic hits Edmonton with the opening of the Matrix Hotel. This full-service property in the downtown core offers 184 guest rooms, including 21 luxury suites and an 8,500 square feet of meeting space. Several sites to see that are only located several blocks away include: the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, government office towers, galleries, boutiques and restaurants; to the East: downtown business district, Shaw Conference Centre, shopping, arts and theatre.

Rates start at $130 in the off-season and $195 (for deluxe rooms) otherwise.
