Last August, Gordon Ramsay opened Laurier in Montreal, reinventing a classic barbecue joint that had been around since the 1930s. “I loved the fact that it was a true Montreal institution,” says Ramsay. “I also think rotisserie chicken is one of the most delicious dishes when done well.”
There are so many restaurants serving up every type of cuisine you can think of, and the markets are fantastic.
