Iberostar Paraiso Beach

For our 35-year medical class reunion, our planning committee decided to head to the sun and beaches rather than meet in Edmonton where we all graduated from medical school 35 years ago.

Our destination was the Iberostar Paraiso Beach on the Mayan Riviera. What a wonderful location! We had superb weather and there were lots of great restaurants and activities to partake in.

We even managed to squeeze in some continuing education talks by our private pool in the morning. I had been to this location previously and have no reservations in recomending this locale.

We were a small group but it made it easier to dine together and partake in small tours to Tulum and Chihen Itza to see the ruins.

What a geat way to catch up with each other. Those who missed the reunion at this locale really did miss out on a wonderful opportunity. We definitely will do it again.
