Palm Springs Check-In Booth

Having had the opportunity to fly in and out of Palm Springs quite a few times over the last couple of years, and having enjoyed the fact that WestJet has a check-in booth right on the sidewalk outside of the airport, I feel that it would be a good news story to let passengers know that it is there for them.

When the flight almost lands and we are welcomed to the Palm Springs area by the flight attendant, perhaps he or she could mention that, when our trip is over and we depart Palm Springs, we shouldn't park our cars and walk over to check-in. Instead, we can drive right up to the sidewalk and we are taken care of immediately. I think it would be beneficial for people to be aware.

Thanks very much for taking such good care of me over the past couple of years. Last month, we were delayed a day due to the rains and low cloud cover and were sent to the Desert Princess I believe overnight. It was all handled very well and we received first-class treatment.
