A phone call can change your life. The night of the 2009 Superbowl, I received a call that my mom was on her death bed. After a long, sleepless night, I needed a flight from London to Vancouver in a heartbeat. The consultant was awesome. My credit card wasn't working online and I was in a hurry and needed help. I flew one way to Vancouver for $225.00 and the ticket was the same price as the website. The customer service representative was very helpful. I booked the ticket at 5:00 p.m. and flew London to Vancouver at 8:30. Sadly, my Mom passed Febrary 6, 2009 at 2:36 in the afternoon.

The flight home from Abbottsford to London was amazing. The flight attendants were so helpful attending me with my two-year-old. As the plane lifted into the air, my two-year-old gave a big belly laugh and caused everyone on the plane to chuckle. We landed in Calgary Airport. I must say what a great place for children. Michael enjoyed playing with all the things for children. AWESOME. Two WestJet flight attendants helped find a lost ring and tried to find my son's hat. Unfortunately, it was not found. They tried so hard. Thanks for helping through a sad time.
